NY Daily News The nominally talented hack and Oscar-winning composer of Debbie Boone’s only hit song, Joeseph Brooks, has been indicted today on multiple sexual assault charges. The 70 year old Brooks used his “celebrity” to lure his victims (whom he culled from Craig’s List postings) and lured them to his upper East Side apartment with with promises of parts in his next movie, sources said.
