Q. Why did you start this service?
A. We started our service to help out people who do not want to struggle or bother with the loading of their CD collection into their Ipods. We provide a complete service so you do not have to do anything but enjoy the music you already own.
Q. How does the Service work?
A.Our service is as Easy as 1,2,3. 1. You give us a call and place the order (tell us how many CD you want loaded into your Ipod) 2. We come to you and pick up your Ipod and CD collection, 3. We work our magic, and return to you your loaded Ipod within 5 days.
Q. Can I ship you my Ipod?
A. Yes you can, the US Postal Service would be the ideal way for you to send us your Ipod, just make sure you send it with a delivery confirmation, to ensure that your shipment reaches us in a timely fashion. You are charged with a return shipping cost, which is a flat rate of $10 or actual shipping costs (Depending on # of CD’s)
Q. What additional fees should I be aware of?
A. There are no other fees that will show up on your account. All you pay is for the service, depending on the number of CD’s and the transportation fees ($30 for personal pick up & drop off OR $10 for shipping back to you or drop off).
